What the Ledger is
Stravour Ledger records participation for members of House of Stravour. It keeps a record of Acts you choose to record, the House you belong to, and points earned under published rules.
Who can be a member
Membership is for people aged 18 and over. We ask your date of birth once, check it, and keep only the fact that you confirmed it and which version of these terms you accepted.
Points and rewards
Points are issued by our server under versioned rules, never by the app on your phone. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, and are not transferable between members. Rules can change; a change creates a new rule version and never rewrites points already issued.
What you write
Ledger entries are private by default. Sharing one with your House or publicly is always an explicit choice you make for that entry. Do not put patient information, workplace confidential information, or anyone else’s personal details in a Ledger entry.
Leaving
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. Your name, your entries’ text and your sign-in details are erased. Your member number and the record that a House earned points stay, because removing them would change other members’ history.
